This book is a must read for any fan of MMA. It traces former UFC Light-Heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell’s life from childhood growing up in Santa Barbara to his rise to stardom as a UFC champion
Along the way you’ll hear about street fights, bare knuckle fights in Brazil’s Vale Tudo tournament and his day’s sparring with then UFC LHW champion Tito Ortiz. He tells stories of Dana White from early on in their friendship, and reveals his respect for Randy Couture.
Liddell’s personal stories of family and friends give the reader a glimpse into the psyche of the “ICEMAN”. I’ve never been known as a speed-reader, but I read this book in one day. Overall I found this book to be an easy read and very enjoyable.
